Lost or Stolen Items at London Stadium Events: What You Need to Know

When attending events at the London Stadium, it's essential to be aware of the policies in place regarding lost or stolen items. The stadium is not responsible for any items that are misplaced or taken, so it's important to take the necessary precautions to ensure your belongings are safe. In this article, we'll discuss the legal notice for London stadium events, as well as other important information you should know before attending.

Legal Notice

The legal notice for London stadium events states that Southbank Centre credit vouchers can be used to purchase tickets to events and exhibitions, as well as related items such as books, catalogues, and programs. These vouchers can also be used to obtain Southbank Centre memberships.

However, they cannot be used in the Southbank Centre store or in any of the establishment's food establishments.

Shaded Areas and Seating

There are shaded areas located to the south of the event (Leafy Grove) and shaded seats in the VIP Summer Garden. Access to this area is only granted to customers who have purchased tickets for that area. Additionally, only food and drinks purchased at the Sky Garden can be consumed during events, unless otherwise specified.

Age Recommendations and Restrictions

Age recommendations or restrictions for each event are clearly indicated in the “Important Information” section of each event page. It's important to check this section before attending an event with children, as some events may not be suitable for certain age groups.

Cigarettes and Smoking

The license for the event does not allow for the sale of cigarettes.

Booking Tickets

If you see a blue button on the event page that says “BOOK FREE TICKETS”, it means that you must book a ticket in order to attend. If the event has reached its maximum capacity, the button will appear gray and say “SOLD OUT”.
