If you're planning to attend an event at the Event Centre in London, it's essential to understand the cancellation policy. All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed in writing. Places at each event are allocated in order of receipt of reservations. All hybrid events will be available on demand (OD) for a minimum of 30 days after the event so you can get the CPD (if applicable). All additional charges incurred on the actual date of the event MUST be paid in full by credit card at the end of the event, and it is the responsibility of the event director representing the customer to ensure that a valid card is available. Virtual events usually have a much shorter time frame between when the reservation is opened and when the event is held. All digital events will be available on demand (OD) for a minimum of 30 days after the event so you can get the CPD (if applicable). The RCP also reserves the right to cancel an event at its sole discretion, in which case any reservations will be fully refunded.
